This software may be freely redistributed so long as it is left unaltered, unless given permission by Klutsh. ------------------------------------------------------ *DISCLAIMER: ANY USE OF THIS PROGRAM IS YOUR OWN RISK* Xtreme Boot Maker is a simple program that will prepare a floppy or USB drive for use with X360SAM. - Auto-detects your SATA/RAID controller and hex-edits MTKFlash (if needed) for your chipset. - Formats your floppy/usb drive and copies all necessary files over. - Uses X360SAM 0.4. - MD5 checker when selecting your firmware lets you know your firmware is legit - Updateable Firmware definitions. - Renames the firmware you load to xtreme.bin, uses custom .bat files. - Will work with all existing Xtreme fw's and future releases. Detect your sata chipset, if required. 4. Select destination for files. 5. Open your Xtreme Firmware's .bin file. 6. Click "Prepare Drive". 7. Boot from your prepared drive or your NTFS cd. 8. Type "samread xxxxxxx xxxxx" to backup your 360's original firmware. 9. Type "samhack xxxxxxx xxxxx" to flash the Xtreme firmware. (Don't include the quotes, and replace x with your 360's firmware.)
